Impact IT Group — a year as their production team
For a year we have built websites for a Novi Sad IT company's clients, plus LinkedIn and Meta campaigns. Their clients never saw us.
The problem
Impact IT Group is a Novi Sad company servicing and selling computers and network equipment. Their clients ask for websites and campaigns, but the company has no in-house developers or production team.
Hiring a developer for occasional projects is expensive and hard to justify. Hiring freelancers per project means new people, new deadlines and a new risk of non-delivery every time.
What we did
- Website development for their clients, delivered under their brand
- LinkedIn campaigns across the year
- Facebook and Instagram ads across several accounts at once
- Building their own company website
- Taking over projects that needed rescuing — work found in some state that had to be brought to completion
- All communication went through them; we had no contact with the end client
Result
For them it is capacity they do not have to hire, available when needed. For us it is predictable work with no cost of sale.
It is also the only part of our work that does not appear in the portfolio under the client's name — that was the agreement, and that is how we work with every agency partner.
